What is MAH AAC CET?
MAH AAC CET is a state level Common Entrance Test (CET) conducted annually by the State Government of Maharashtra. It is conducted to regulate the admission for the first year of the four year BFA course in private unaided college, government aided colleges, and government colleges within the state of Maharashtra. It is mandatory for all candidates, who are seeking admission for BFA courses within the state of Maharashtra, to write MAH AAC CET.

Who is Eligible to apply for MAH AAC CET?
- Candidates who intend to write the MAH AAC CET examinations, must be appearing or completed 10 +2 with 45%, with English as a language subject.
- Candidates domicile of the state of Maharashtra; or who have parents domicile within the state of Maharashtra; candidates with Indian Nationality and NRI candidates are eligible for MAH AAC CET.
- The candidates will have to undergo Central Admission Procedure and will be assigned their desired institutes as per their achieved score in MAH AAC CET.
Entrance Exam Pattern for MAH AAC CET:
MAH AAC CET consists of three practical papers of 50 marks each and one objective paper of 40 marks. The objective paper will be computer based in MCQ format. The practical examinations will be pen and paper based, and the candidate must carry all required material along. The objective paper consists of questions based on general knowledge, current affairs, computer basics, basic art and design theory, colours, signs and symbols. The practical papers are proportions, observation, drawing skills, perspective, colour, composition, finishing skills, memory sequence, element composition, etc.
